Botanical ~ Posters

I have always been fascinated by the diversity of design and structure of flowers and plants.  As a photographer they offer me an endless supply of subjects and inspiration. I look to capture the essence of each plant I photograph. Going beyond the superficial structure, I try to approach each shoot as a portrait artist, trying to capture the full personality of my subjects. As individual images, I try to make each image as unique as the subject itself. However, I’ve realized that to truly appreciate the uniqueness of each subject, the images should be viewed as a group, thus, I create a multiple image poster for each of my Botanical Portraits shoots. I make the image size 20″ x 30″
